Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination for staff and clients
Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Handle correspondence, proofread documents, and perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying and faxing
Support office management activities including supply inventory and organization of office spaces
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
Perform administrative duties such as typing reports, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed
Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming
Experience
Prior office experience or administrative support experience preferred
Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with strong time management skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
