St Monica Center for Rehab and Healthcare - Welcome to St. Monica Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare! Our 180-bed facility, provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident. As the cook, you will be responsible for preparing food for our residents.Responsibilities:Review menus prior to food preparationAssure that all dietary procedures are followedPrepare meals in accordance with planned menusPrepare food for therapeutic dietsFollow food production ordersPrepare food in advance for other meals as directedPrepare food in accordance with sanitary regulationsFollow established infection control policiesCook a variety of food in large quantitiesPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Experience in food preparation in a skilled nursing facility or hospitalhigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits offered including: Vacation, PTO, 401K, Health Insurance, Dental, VisionEqual Opportunity Employer#IND123
