Come be a part of our team and 'catch the spirit' as you experience the rewards of working with our team!The Village at Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA is now hiring a Part-time Building and Grounds Technician!Required:A high school diploma or equivalent normally required;Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 daysValid driver's licenseExperience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.General Responsibilities:Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.Performs regular preventative maintenance.Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
