Personal Trainer
We are currently seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic and growing team! The ideal candidate should be a qualified, flexible individual with availability to cover shifts across all camp times. Shifts may include the early am block (4:45a, 5:30a, 6:30a), mid-morning block (8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m.), and evening block (4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m.), along with a rotating Saturday schedule. The schedule will typically include an average of 6-9 camps per week, with 1-2 hours of admin duties.As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients simultaneously while fostering a positive community that promotes mental and physical transformation. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer is dedicated to facilitating lifestyle changes by enhancing mindset, nutrition, strength, and burst (HIIT) training, all within a supportive and inviting environment designed to exceed clients' expectations. Burn Boot Camp Trainers must possess a strong commitment to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals through well-guided workouts, Focus Meetings, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesTraining Camps - Lead, motivate, and guide clients from diverse backgrounds through intense yet safe training sessions. Design and implement your own workouts tailored to client needs.Community Outreach - Represent Burn Boot Camp professionally at local community events, promoting a positive image and fostering community engagement.Personal Training in a Group Setting - Engage multiple clients simultaneously during workouts, while providing a personalized and impactful experience for each participant.Focus Meetings - Facilitate client success by tracking progress, maintaining attendance records, and holding clients accountable for their goals.Excellent Customer Service - Enhance member value through genuine interactions, empathetic engagement, and consistent dedication to both their goals and your own.Knowledge - Demonstrate expertise in conducting and communicating safe, effective exercises and modifications for clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Be open to receiving constructive feedback and applying it to improve future performance.Member Communication - Showcase your knowledge by sharing unique, educational content across social media platforms and customer emails to inspire and inform.Facility Management - Support the maintenance of gym standards by ensuring equipment is in good condition and the facility is well-managed.RequirementsA current NCCA-accredited personal training certification or equivalent qualification, as outlined in Burn Boot Camp's accepted certifications document.Ability to work with and train members of all ages and fitness backgrounds.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support fellow trainers.A positive attitude, and a fun, approachable demeanor.Must be coachable and open to receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement.Adherence to Burn Boot Camp guidelines and training methodologies.Competence in providing clear instructions, offering appropriate exercise modifications, and challenging clients to reach their fitness and health goals.Dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality, and professional standards for best practices.Proficiency in implementing dynamic, safe, and effective workout programs tailored to various fitness levels.Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, ensuring client safety at all times.Willingness to represent Burn Boot Camp professionally in community outreach and events.Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive environment that aligns with Burn Boot Camp's core values.All trainers are required to pass Burn Boot Camp’s Strength and Conditioning Test (SAC).
