Technical SkillsMaster Data design & implementation – 5-8 years of experienceMDM Tool Implementation using Profisee- Data modeling (logical, physical) and Hierarchy Management- Golden Record Creation – match/merge and survivorship rules- Data Quality and Business Rules DefinitionExperience with cloud and on-prem relational databases (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)Data integration (ETL/ELT, SOA, etc.) API integration and customization (SOAP, REST, Java) Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse integration experience (preferred)Process and Workflow alignment (preferred)Data Governance and Stewardship alignment (preferred)Consulting SkillsMust be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player in an evolving, dynamic environment Solution-oriented, with the imagination to identify work-arounds for critical problems.Strong communication skills (written & spoken)Ability to manage own time effectively, work with key stakeholders, and provide ongoing deliverables with minimal supervision
