Senior Product Designer - Entertainment Company (NO H1B OR C2C)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help design intuitive, modern experiences for data-driven applications and analytical platforms used by business, operations, and decision science teams.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex workflows, dashboards, and analytical concepts into clean, user-friendly experiences that help teams make smarter decisions.You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to shape the future of internal tools, reporting systems, and decision-support applications.What You’ll Be Doing• Design intuitive UI/UX experiences for analytical and data-heavy applications• Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to solve complex business problems• Design dashboards, visualizations, and user flows for enterprise applications• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements• Help evolve and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries• Present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and modern UX best practices• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve design workflows, rapid prototyping, and research synthesisWhat We’re Looking For• 5+ years of Product Design / UI/UX experience• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, prototyping, components, design systems)• Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, or analytical platforms• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design• Experience translating complex data or technical concepts into intuitive interfaces• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills• Comfortable working in Agile product development environmentsNice to Have• Experience with enterprise design systems• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)• Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows• Familiarity with data science, analytics, or ML-driven products• Motion design or micro-interaction experience• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/front-end concepts• Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, or digital product environmentsThis is a great opportunity to work on highly visible products that combine UX, analytics, product strategy, and modern technology in a collaborative environment.
