This is not transactional sales—it’s consultative, problem-focused, and data-driven.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with our ideal customers. You’ll be on the front lines of outbound prospecting, working closely with Sales and Leadership to build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine.This role is ideal for someone who is curious, disciplined, coachable, and excited to sell a technical solution into real-world problems.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline GenerationProspect into commercial real estate owners, property managers, REITs, facilities teams, and engineering stakeholdersExecute multi-channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)Research accounts and personalize messaging based on asset type, geography, risk factors, and inspection requirementsBook qualified discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesQualification & DiscoveryRun high-quality discovery conversations to understand building conditions, compliance needs, and inspection workflowsQualify opportunities using defined criteria (ICP, urgency, asset size, use case)Clearly articulate Inspekt AI’s value in early defect detection, cost avoidance, and proactive maintenance planningProcess & CollaborationMaintain clean, accurate CRM recordsCollaborate with AEs, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on messaging, ICP refinement, and campaign feedbackParticipate in regular coaching, call reviews, and performance reviews Qualifications1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, ConstructionTech, or a technical sales environmentComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold callingStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, disciplined, and metrics-drivenCoachable and open to feedbackNice to HaveExperience selling into commercial real estate, facilities, engineering, or constructionFamiliarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, etc.)Interest in AI, drones, or building technologyWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently hitting or exceeding monthly meeting and pipeline targetsStrong meeting show rates and sales-accepted lead conversionHigh activity quality, not just volumeContinuous improvement in messaging, discovery, and objection handlingWhat We OfferSell a differentiated, real-world solution solving expensive and visible problemsWork directly with experienced founders and sales leadershipOpportunity to grow into Senior SDR or Account Executive rolesHelp build the outbound motion from the ground upRemote flexibility with a high-trust, high-ownership culture
