This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our owner-operator fleet in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, review, and process transportation orders from customersDispatch loads efficiently and effectively to our fleet of owner-operatorsMonitor drivers' progress and provide real-time supportProactively troubleshooting issues related to load delays, equipment, or routingMaintain accurate records of equipment assignments and conduct routine equipment inventoriesEnsure compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulationsEnforce adherence to company policies and all applicable federal/state regulationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal departmentsQualifications:MUST BE BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of 2 years' transportation experience, preferably including flatbed operationsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance with all local, state, federal, and company safety requirementsAble to communicate effectively both in person and through written correspondence and presentationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-drivenIntermediate computer skillsThrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and promote a positive and safe workplace cultureSchedule and Compensation:· Full-time | On-site – Auburndale, FL· Competitive salary based on experience which includes bonuses· Weekly Direct Deposit· Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays· Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance available· 401(k) with company match· Tuition reimbursement· Professional development and growth opportunities
