You will play a vital role in assisting cardiologists by ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate data collection during diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operating fluoroscopy equipment with precision, you will help facilitate effective patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.Operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment in the cardiac catheterization lab.Assist physicians by capturing proper images and sequences to support diagnostic and interventional procedures.Manage communication flow within the lab, including pages, specimen handling, and housekeeping requests.Perform monitoring duties by acquiring hemodynamic and electrophysiological data through computer systems.Prepare requisitions for supplies and document procedural changes as needed.Serve as a scrub technician during coronary arteriography and cardiac interventions.Maintain competence across radiographic, monitoring, and scrub technician roles through ongoing education and training.Education and ExperienceMinimum of two years' experience in a cardiac catheterization lab preferred.
