Job Description OverviewCTG is hiring a Maintenance Specialist I. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong scheduling, coordination, and administrative support experience in a technical environment.Location: Richland, WADuration: 12 monthsKey Responsibilities:Manage and optimize workforce scheduling using eSOMs, including overtime, rotations, and training coordinationEnsure compliance with fatigue management requirements and applicable labor agreementsAnalyze workforce data and generate reports to support scheduling, payroll audits, and operational decisionsCoordinate travel, training, medicals, and certifications for maintenance personnelMaintain workforce calendars, overtime lists, and staffing plans (man-loading)Provide administrative and technical support to Maintenance leadershipSupport outage activities, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and time trackingHandle documentation, reporting, and records management for maintenance operationsTop Skills:Workforce scheduling and coordination in a complex environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of labor agreements and compliance-driven processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityQualifications:Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience; ORAssociate's degree + 7 years of experience; ORHigh school diploma/GED + 7 years of relevant experienceBackground in administrative or technical support within a highly regulated or industrial setting preferredExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
