Facilities Coordinator Temp to Perm

Facilities Coordinator We're hiring a Facilities Coordinator to provide hands-on facilities, maintenance, and operations support across two office locations and one cemetery site (1020 mile radius). This is a temporary role with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position based on performance. Key duties include preventive maintenance identification (plumbing, electrical, general repairs), maintenance tickets and service request support, fleet checks, refueling, and vehicle rotation, workstation setup (onboarding/offboarding), meeting and event setup/teardown, facility access support (keys, signage, access requests), and cemetery support: opening/closing, light grounds upkeep, vendor coordination, limited burial-day logistics. Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. Multi-site travel required.
