Your expertise in accounting software and financial concepts will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, enabling informed decision-making and compliance with industry standards..  ResponsibilitiesRecord and process all financial transactions using accounting software QuickBooks Online.Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial dataManage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment trackingPrepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies or errorsReconcile Shopify and Amazon accountsAssist in budgeting processes and generate financial reports to support organizational planning and decision-makingQualificationsProven experience with bookkeeping, accounting software QuickBooks online and technical accounting practicesStrong understanding of GAAP, double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and journal entriesAbility to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting accuratelyFamiliarity with financial report writing, account analysis, budgeting, and tax experienceExcellent attention to detail with proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentJoin us as a Bookkeeper and become an essential part of our dedicated team!
