Program Manager

Overview In this Program Manager role, you will support the Renewables and Development Project Office to design a scalable program and oversee end-to-end project execution. You will guide cross-functional teams, establishing policies, tool kits, and a media hub to enable sustainable operations. You will assess readiness, define scope, and lead new program implementations with clear plans, milestones, and governance. This role offers impact across renewable energy projects and requires strong communication with senior stakeholders. You will help shape the program’s direction in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management to support strategic goalsForm working groups of SMEs and stakeholders to develop business plans aligned with strategyEstablish policies and tool kits as part of the programDevelop media hub for Office operations and activitiesAssess readiness, define project scope, and lead program implementationPrepare and maintain project plans, including steps, sequences, dependencies, RACI, and task durationsEstablish milestones and delivery dates; monitor progress and process improvementsCoordinate cross-departmental teams to achieve objectives and timelinesEscalate issues, propose solutions, and manage deviationsPlan stakeholder participation in testing and oversee testing activitiesEnsure open communication across project teams and manage workstreams and documentation Key requirementsExperience leading initiatives across organizational boundariesAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple Business Partners at all levels, including executive levelStrong project management skills: CRM, sponsor expectations, risk management, and change managementExcellent written and oral communication for EVP/Board level audiencesProven track record of PM success and use of professional methodologyKnowledge of Procore, Monday, SAP, PVsystKnowledge of CRM systems and project systems and data integrationBackground or knowledge in Solar, Wind, and other renewablesCross-functional collaborationExecutive-level communicationStakeholder managementProcoreMondaySAP
