Job description:We are an established licensed homecare service agency with over 25 years of experience in providing high-quality home infusion services. We specialize in IVIG along with other specialty biologics therapies, delivering exceptional patient care.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) leader to oversee home infusion nursing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality infusion therapy in the home setting, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the clinical competency and development of nursing staff.Key Responsibilities:Lead the orientation, supervision, and ongoing competency validation of home infusion nursing staffEnsure compliance with all applicable regulatory, and organizational standardsOversee the implementation of physician-ordered plans of care, including infusion therapies, vascular access device management, and patient educationEnsure appropriate staffing and scheduling based on patient census, geographic coverage, and acuityConduct routine clinical record audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with infusion therapy standardsMonitor adherence to infection control practices, medication administration protocols, and infusion-related policies and proceduresLead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI/CQI) initiatives specific to home infusion servicesCollaborate with pharmacy, intake, and referral sources to ensure seamless coordination of careServe as a clinical resource for complex infusion therapies and troubleshooting in the fieldBuild and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and referral partners to support continuity of careQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum of at least 3 years of nursing experience, with preference for home infusion, specialty infusion, or home health experiencePrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access devices, and patient education in the home settingUnderstanding of regulatory requirementsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsVery attractive salary and benefit package for the right individual.Now is the time to finally enjoy weekends and holidays.
