Adecco is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in Roscoe, IL. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment.Job Details:Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMOvertime: Required overtime on Fridays (expect up to 50-hour work weeks at this time)Pay: $17.00/hr to start ➤ $17.50/hr after 30 days with strong performanceType: Temp-to-hire with long-term potentialJob Summary:The Assembler works as part of a team responsible for assembling components and finished products. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail while following production processes and quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Rotate through tasks within the production processAssemble entire products or components as part of a teamFollow work instructions and determine proper proceduresAssist in the production of wiring assembliesOperate heavy equipment such as forklifts (if trained/assigned)Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanlinessSupport general production and warehouse duties as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per dayFrequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbsRepetitive use of hands and wristsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentDress Code / Work Environment:Steel-toe shoes requiredLong pants and long sleeves requiredFacility is not climate controlled, temperatures may vary seasonallyQualifications:High school diploma or GED required0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsTeam player with good communication skillsBasic understanding of production and quality control processes preferredIf you are reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.Pay Details: $17.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
