This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a clean, high-tech, and quality-driven environment.Position OverviewThe Soldering Technician is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components in accordance with strict quality and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering of electronic components and assembliesRead and interpret PCB layouts and identify components accuratelyUtilize soldering tools and equipment safely and effectivelyEnsure all soldering meets IPC J-STD-001 quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresQualifications & RequirementsAbility to understand PCB layouts and identify electronic componentsExperience with soldering tools and techniquesAbility to successfully complete the clients soldering assessment unassisted in 60 minutes or lessAll soldering work must meet IPC J-STD-001 requirementsIPC J-STD-001 certification preferredCertification & TrainingCandidates who pass the soldering assessment but are not currently certified will be enrolled in the client’s internal soldering certification programWhy Work with Adecco?Weekly payCompetitive pay rates with shift differentialsOpportunity to gain certification and grow in a specialized fieldApply today to start your career in medical manufacturing with Adecco!Pay Details: $17.25 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
