Coverage Need October 2023 - Ongoing Needing coverage for DAYS and NIGHTS Shifts: DAYS: 7am-7pm NIGHTS: 7pm-7am Clinical Information 5-6 Day providers Avg. census per provider each day: Goal of 15-18 Average number of admits per provider on the night shift: On busy nights: 12-16 No midlevels Open ICU? TBD Procedures required? Doubtful, but not sure yet Central lines/intubations required? Doubtful, still verifying Vent management required? Doubtful, still verifying APP supervision required? No Required Need minimum availability of 5+ shifts per month Active CA License and dedicated CA DEA Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Prefer Clean background and malpractice
