CMCI also specializes in enterprise architecture, data management, agile development, and technical documentation, offering team members the opportunity to contribute to impactful, large-scale government programs.Role Description This full-time remote Mobile Application Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that support federal mission-critical systems. The developer will build and enhance mobile solutions, write clean and efficient code, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across the application lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, implementing object-oriented programming best practices, integrating APIs and backend services, and ensuring performance, security, and usability standards are met. The role also includes unit and integration testing, documentation of technical designs, and continuous improvement of the mobile application architecture to align with CMCI’s quality and security frameworks.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and Application Development, with experience building and maintaining production-ready mobile solutions.Candidates should possess skills in Mobile Applications architecture and design, including performance optimization and secure coding practices.Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and experience applying OOP principles in mobile environments.Candidates should possess experience in iOS Development, including use of relevant frameworks, tools, and app store deployment processes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile apps with cloud or backend services.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools used in remote teams.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
