You'll elevate follow-up quality, coach reps, and build a repeatable outbound engine. You'll also optimize our GTM systems. We want a motivating, respectful leader who brings structure, clarity, and momentum.Manage, coach, and support SDRs through weekly 1:1s and daily feedbackBuild a positive, energetic, accountable team cultureHelp reps grow their career paths and sales skillsEnsure fast, high-quality follow-up on thousands of inbound leadsBuild and refine outbound strategy, cadences, ICP targeting, and messagingImprove personalization, sequencing, and qualification for both motionsTrack daily activity and conversion metrics to find improvementsResponsibilities Own SDR tooling: Clay or Freckle, HubSpot or Salesforce, ApolloImprove lead routing, scoring, and enrichmentIdentify automation opportunities without losing personalizationPartner with Sales, Growth, and Product for insights and alignment2–5+ years SDR/BDR leadership experienceStrong outbound experience (strategy, playbooks, cadences, ICP refinement)Deep experience with Clay or Freckle.ioProficient with HubSpot or SalesforceSkilled with Apollo, Outreach, or SalesloftProven ability to coach reps to exceed quotaEncouraging, respectful leadership style with strong communicationStrong verbal and written English communication skills required for collaborationExperience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyersFamiliarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Background in developer communities, open source, or technical supportPrevious experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first teamYou do not need a college degree to applyYou do not need to be located in the U.S. — we're remote-friendlyYou do not need to meet every qualification listed aboveApply for this job This description reflects the current responsibilities and requirements for this role and does not include the application form details.Voluntary Self-Identification and EEO Bolt.new is an equal opportunity employer.
