Elevator Installer

As an Elevator Installer in Akron Ohio you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various types of elevators in buildings and other structures You will work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that the elevators are installed accurately and safely meeting all necessary codes and regulations Key Responsibilities Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications Test and adjust elevator systems to ensure proper functioning Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators or related equipment Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate installation schedules Keep accurate records of work performed including maintenance logs and service reports Stay up-to-date on industry standards codes and regulations related to elevator installation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent additional technical training or certification a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience installing elevators or similar mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams and technical manuals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights Valid drivers license Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience Contract job with accommodation provided Visa sponsorship available for non-US citizens This is a great opportunity for students looking for hands-on experience in the elevator installation industry Join our team in Akron Ohio where you can develop your skills as an Elevator Installer while working on exciting projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
