Lead Software Engineer/Technical Program Manager
Overview
Lead the end-to-end software architecture and program execution for a high-performance desktop defense simulation platform. You will bridge physics models and software, coordinating with RF and EO/IR engineers to deliver credible, government-facing capabilities. The role blends technical authority with program management to meet schedule, cost, and delivered capability. You will shape APIs, data models, and cross-platform deployment, while communicating complex results to government sponsors. This is a growth-focused, mission-driven, cross-domain leadership opportunity.
