The initial focus of this project is building out the front-end API integration while developing and improving the wider Amazon Connect environment.Must-have experience:✅ Amazon Connect (strong hands-on development experience)✅ Cases & Tasks (full lifecycle)✅ AWS Lambda✅ Amazon Lex✅ DynamoDB✅ CloudWatch✅ Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)✅ Serverless application development✅ Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagementHighly desirable:⭐ Salesforce integration (Apex REST APIs)⭐ AI capabilities within the AWS Connect ecosystem⭐ VoIP / Telephony experience (Asterisk, SIP, RTP)We're looking for contractors who can hit the ground running and work independently in a fast-paced environment.📩 If you're interested - or know someone who is - please send me your CV or drop me a message today.
