If this sounds like an opportunity you'll love, please start your application today!Responsibilities:Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the propertyDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredPerform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requiredAudit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentagesPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementQualifications:Overnight shift; requires flexible hoursProficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desiredFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredOutstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are requiredAbout Company:We are one branch of our great Hospitality Associates!
