What We Offer: Great pay structures Benefits – medical, dental, vision Flexible schedules Sign On Bonus- $5000 total bonus $2,500 after completing 6 months $2,500 after completing 12 months What You'll Do: Make in-home sales calls to customers to provide HVAC replacement estimates Commitment to rigorous follow-up and lead tracking process Run sales calls on nights and weekends as dictated by customer requirements Generate leads through grass roots marketing such as attending HOA meetings for housing communities, attending home shows, working the Auburn WA Market Following-up on quotes provided by service technicians 75% of leads expected to be provided by Company; remaining 25% to be generated by the successful candidate Requirements: A clean 36-month driving record and valid driver license Ability to meet specific time constraints Outstanding Customer Service Skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to climb ladders and work in tight, confined spaces We are a Drug-Free, Equal Opportunity Employer.
