This role serves as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and Fipsar’s delivery organization combining strategic relationship management, project governance, and operational coordination.You’ll collaborate closely with Fipsar’s leadership and delivery teams (Data, BI, and AI) to ensure flawless service delivery, continuous improvement, and proactive engagement across business units and geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across business and IT functionsDrive account governance, manage SLAs, and track ongoing deliverables and enhancementsTranslate business priorities into actionable delivery plans with the offshore teamCoordinate cross-functional teams across Data, BI, and AI/ML service linesPrepare and lead weekly/monthly governance meetings and executive reportingIdentify growth opportunities and contribute to account planning and innovation initiativesPartner with Fipsar leadership on roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviewsQualifications7+ years of experience in IT consulting or delivery management, with at least 5 years in biopharma or life sciences analytics (Commercial and/or Clinical)Strong understanding of data platforms, BI tools, and managed-services environments (e.g., Snowflake, Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, or similar)Proven experience managing client relationships and distributed delivery teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPMP, Agile, or ITIL certification is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to work directly with Fipsar’s leadership team and major biopharma clientsCollaborative, agile, and flexible work cultureCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesClear career growth path into Client Partner or Delivery Director roles
