Your patients will have full access to internal individual and group psychotherapies and integrated specialty care. Your practice:Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4-day work week option all with and built-in administrative timeInnovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMRFull Administrative support with a dedicated Practice ManagerMedical-Legal Consultation to guide and protect your practice and licenseBalance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60-minute intakes, 30-45-minute follow-ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaborationPsychiatric medication management for average 12-16 patients per dayQuarterly on-call, no travel required, no inpatient coverage: evening and weekend phone call only, 1 week a quarter with Behavioral health crisis triage supportRequired Qualifications:BE/BC in Adult Psychiatry Unrestricted WA State Medical License required prior to start dateCurrentWA DEA certificate required prior to start dateFor More information or to apply, please reach out to Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $225,000 - $393,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
