About the Role:
As a Developer I or II, you’ll help analyze, develop, implement, maintain, and test software applications across the company’s systems. You’ll contribute to application development and ongoing improvements while supporting the reliability and functionality of business technology. The role offers remote work opportunities and provides equipment to support your work.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze software requirements and application needs across company systems.
Develop and implement software applications and enhancements.
Maintain existing applications and support ongoing system improvements.
Test software to verify functionality and identify issues.
Contribute to the implementation and support of software solutions.
Use development tools and technical skills to support application maintenance and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least one year of information technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
Location & Work Arrangement: Remote work opportunities are available. Equipment is provided for the role.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation varies by position level, with separate pay ranges for Web Developer I and Web Developer II.Performance-based incentive plan with potential bonuses.
