Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Additionally, they have the opportunity to speak with and approve Behavior Technicians before beginning any case.At Red House Behavior Resources, your main responsibilities as a BCBA include developing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans, supervising clinical staff, and working closely with clients and families to achieve meaningful and socially significant outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)Perform Initial and ongoing assessmentsDevelop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Provide in person supervision and training to RBTsProvide monthly caregiver trainingReview and monitor data for progress and adjust interventions accordinglyMaintain accurate record of data and complete progress reports as required by the funding sourceIn addition to a fulfilling role, you can expect the following:Training and Continuing Education opportunitiesFree CEU offeringsSick timeOpportunities for career growthThe ability to make your own schedule and determine your caseload sizeCompetitive pay in line with your experience and qualifications.Referral program incentives because good people know good people.Administrative Support, we have systems in place to handle billing, insurance, and other administrative tasks efficiently.Qualifications:BCBA or BCBA-D CertificationYou have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and staff.You have knowledge of HIPPA regulations to safeguard patient information.If you're looking for a welcoming team where you can advance your career while making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to have you on board.
