This is an opportunity for someone whose background includes trademark, copyright, patent, or trade secret work and who is interested in a diverse, hands-on role.About the Role The associate will work closely with the IP Practice Chair on a broad mix of matters, including:Complex hard and soft IP litigationProtection, enforcement, and portfolio management of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secretsCounseling clients on IP strategy and commercializationSupporting a client base that includes established companies, emerging brands, and creatives across technology, consumer products, and other innovative sectorsWhat They’re Looking ForAn attorney who enjoys direct client contact and wants meaningful responsibility earlyStrong analytical, writing, and communication skillsInterest in developing within a partner-track environment2–6 years of IP experience (flexible depending on background)
