Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on staff-level and operations roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill rolesUtilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreachEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activitySupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsMaintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policiesParticipate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition functionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environmentExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
