This candidate will optimize the customer experience by providing an in-depth education session to all new and existing clients primarily in person at our showroom located in Irvine, over the phone, and through email. The Showroom Sales Representative works cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service to strengthen client loyalty, referrals, and retention. We're set for continued explosive growth, and we're looking for someone that can exhibit poise and calm amidst the storm.WHAT YOU'LL DOInitiate new relationships with clients ensuring they are informed about Super73 and what the brand stands for.Provide a fun and energetic conversation to welcome new and existing customers in person.Maintain a professional appearance (uniform/dress code).Schedule and conduct demo rides and bike servicing needs.Liaise with internal customer service and tech representatives to provide an excellent service experience.Participate in team meetings by adding value to conversations and proactively providing recommendations for improvement.Act as a team player by assisting and collaborating with the internal customer service team.Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.Participate in proactive efforts to achieve individual and company goals.Ensure that proper safety guidelines are being followed to support safety and a positive customer experience.Aid in receiving, unloading, and stocking weekly bike deliveries.Respond to inbound phone inquiries and voicemails from potential customers.Aid in the assembly of products.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWinning and collaborative attitudeStrong work ethic and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize projects and manage time.Strong computer skills including Excel and reporting capabilities.Minimum two years' experience in sales support or customer service.Background in action sports, traditional sports, or fashion industry strongly preferred.Some knowledge of bicycles preferred.Attendance at and support of company events, as needed.Must be willing to work early mornings, holidays and weekends as needed/requested.Physical requirements: Must be able to push, move and ride bikes weighing up to 80+ lbs.Other duties as assigned.SUPER73'S PERKS AND BENEFITSEmployee bike and apparel discountsSick Time401k with company matchAmazing culture and a great place to workCOMPENSATIONThe salary range in CA for this role is $16.90 hourly plus commission and represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
