This role is ideal for mid-career professionals looking to expand their skills across multiple technologies and work closely with end users and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support custom CRM and commissions applications.Troubleshoot production issues across SQL databases, .NET applications, and Windows-based systems.Design and implement APIs to support system integrations and business processes.Write and optimize queries in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.Collaborate with business users to identify issues, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions.Participate in daily communication through calls, messaging platforms, and tracking tools.Support deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of applications.Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Work with messaging systems and assist in setup and administration when applicable.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.Strong proficiency in .NET framework and MVC architecture.Experience with API development and integration.Advanced knowledge of SQL, including both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.Experience supporting Windows-based applications in a production environment.Familiarity with version control and work tracking tools.Exposure to RabbitMQ, Python, or Java development preferred.Experience working in production support or application troubleshooting environments.
