This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies to minimize financial risk. The specialist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction. By analyzing accounts receivable data, the specialist will contribute to the development of strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
