Elder's Journey is looking for a Human Resources professional to join our Wabash Valley team. Our company provides personal care services that enables clients to remain living in their homes safely. Job Duties Manages HR operations to encompass onboarding, performance coaching, disciplines and terminations Manage personnel files maintaining compliance with ISDH regulations Interview direct care applicants Participates in client complaint investigations Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field 2 years experience in human resources function preferred Supervisory experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: human resources: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
