J ob Location Re m ote, United States T ra cking Code 13 6 9-383 P os ition Type Fu l l-Time/Regular C or e4ce is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Change Implementation to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative. This senior-level role is dedicated to supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing large-scale organizational changes. The Change Implementation SME will act as a strategic advisor, providing the expertise necessary to manage transition risks and ensure that transformation activities result in successful adoption across the VHA enterprise and the Veteran community. K ey Responsibilities S er ve as a lead strategic advisor for the execution of enterprise-wide organizational change management (OCM) initiatives within the VHA. Le a d and facilitate comprehensive stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals, groups, and organizations impacted by transformation activities. Co n duct in-depth impact analyses to determine the depth and breadth of changes to processes, systems, and organizational structures. De v elop and oversee detailed change implementation plans that align with program milestones and organizational readiness. Pr o vide expert identification and assessment of risks resulting from change activities, specifically evaluating potential impacts on VHA operations and the Veteran community. De v elop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure continuity of care and service delivery during transition periods. Pa r tner with executive leadership to define change objectives and ensure alignment between transformation activities and the VHA mission. Gu i de the development of tactical change deliverables, including resistance management plans, leadership coaching frameworks, and adoption readiness metrics. Mo n itor the health of the change implementation journey, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to implementation strategies. Co l laborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders, to foster a culture of transparency and agility. De l iver executive briefings and reports regarding change progress, stakeholder sentiment, and implementation barriers. * Th s position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth. R eq uired Qualifications M us t be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role. Ma s ter’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Mi n imum of 10 years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, or business implementation. Ex p erience supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or other federal healthcare entities. Pr o ven track record of leading change implementation for large-scale, complex organizations. De m onstrated experience in conducting stakeholder and impact analyses for multi-layered programs. Ex p ertise in strategic implementation planning and the development of change roadmaps. St r ong risk management background with the ability to forecast and mitigate organizational and community-level impacts. Ex c eptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from frontline staff to executive leadership. Ab i lity to synthesize complex organizational data into actionable change implementation strategies. P re ferred Qualifications P ro sci Change Management Certification (highly preferred). Un d erstanding of healthcare delivery models and the unique needs of the Veteran community. Ex p erience applying change management within an Agile or SAFe framework. W hy Work for Us?
