This role is responsible for all Dispensary Associate duties while also overseeing daily administrative and supervisory functions.Key Holders help drive and inspire the storefront team, maintain strict inventory controls, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) and Store Manager. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
