Role Description This is a full-time, on-site apprentice position based in Ashby, MA. The Apprentice will assist experienced tile installers with preparation and installation tasks, including measuring, cutting, and setting tiles. Responsibilities will also include maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring work areas are clean and organized, and learning industry standards and techniques. The role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience and skill development in the tile installation trade. Qualifications Hands-on skills: Ability to measure, cut, and handle tools with precision and attention to detailPhysical capability: Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy materials, kneel, and lift as required by the jobWillingness to learn: Openness to guidance and feedback, and a strong desire to develop technical skillsWorkplace skills: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructionsSafety awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices or a willingness to learn and adhere to themRelevant experience or training in construction or related fields is a plus but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred
