Restaurant General Manager

DescriptionThirsty Moose Taphouse is looking for a General Manager!We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant group that focuses on amazing beer, and even better food!General Managers are responsible for all facets of the business including:-Hiring, training, developing, and scheduling all positions-Creating a positive culture within the restaurant-Running and overseeing day to day operations-Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied-Setting high standards for service, respect, and professionalism amongst all staff-Ensuring company policies and standards are adhered to-Maintaining clear communication with operations team-Executing bi weekly inventory-Ordering and inventorying beer, wine, liquor-Monitoring and maintaining food, liquor, and labor costs-Scheduling and executing events and promotions-Attracting new customers and increasing restaurant salesRequirements:-At least 2 years management experience in a full service establishment-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written-Strong organizational skills-Strong knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine-Computer ProficientThis is a full-time position salaried at 50 hours per week.
