The Encompass Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held company in the manufacturing and industrial products space to identify a *high-caliber Controller *to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who can own the accounting function while also providing *strategic financial guidance to leadership*.
