Vice President Finance

OverviewA private equity-backed healthcare services organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key partner to the CFO and leadership team. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role blending accounting, finance, and strategic reporting in a high-growth environment.This is not an FP&A role—the focus is on financial reporting, cash management, lender/investor deliverables, and managing accounting within a PE-backed structure.Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesPrivate Equity & Financial ReportingLead monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership, board, and investorsPrepare lender reporting and debt covenant compliance calculationsOwn and refine monthly management reporting packages (MD&A)Deliver benchmarking and KPI reporting aligned with PE expectationsCash Flow & Financial OperationsDevelop and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts and liquidity analysisOversee treasury functions, including cash management and forecastingSupport capital planning and financial visibility for leadershipAccounting & Close PartnershipPartner closely with the Controller on month-end close and GAAP complianceManager audit, tax schedules, and external CPA firm coordinationContribute to improving close timelines and reporting accuracyPlanning & InfrastructureSupport budgeting and forecasting processesHelp redesign and optimize the chart of accounts and reporting structureDrive process improvements and system efficiencies (currently QuickBooks environment)RequirementsExperience with:Debt covenants & lender reportingCash flow modeling (13-week cash flow)Board/investor reporting packages
