EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | Family Voices of MinnesotaLocation: 100% Remote (Must attend local community events/activities) Reporting to: Board of DirectorsThe OpportunityAre you a visionary leader with a proven track record in nonprofit administration? Family Voices of Minnesota is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission-driven team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is dedicated to empowering families of children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities.Our organizational culture is rooted in the principle of "people helping people," fostering a cordial, mission-focused atmosphere that deeply values work-life balance.The RoleThe Executive Director will provide the strategic vision and operational oversight necessary to lead the organization into its next phase of growth. Key responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership: Defining the long-term direction and impact of the organization.Operational Management: Overseeing daily activities and internal systems to ensure efficiency.Financial Sustainability: Diversifying revenue streams through grant and donor fundraising, and donor stewardship.Community Engagement: Serving as the primary ambassador for the organization’s mission and values.Qualifications & CompetenciesExecutive Leadership: Substantial experience in nonprofit administration or senior-level management.Development Expertise: A proven background in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.Subject Matter Knowledge: Deep understanding of the challenges facing children with disabilities and their families.Mission Alignment: A commitment to family-led, peer-to-peer support models.Advocacy & Systems: Knowledge of state and national disability services, including educational, financial, and social service frameworks.Operational Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in budget management and organizational scaling.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.Equity & Inclusion: Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to promoting equitable access.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Health insurance reimbursement.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package.Application InstructionsPlease submit a cover letter and resume to rick.moehring@woodlandhcc.com.Family Voices of Minnesota is an equal opportunity employer.
