Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month and 6 additional Friday PTO days each year! And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!The New Business Technician is responsible for various data entry, quality assurance and communication duties relating to the maintenance and final disposition of applications for life and health insurance.ResponsibilitiesVerify accuracy of information during new business process.Communicate discrepancies found to the appropriate team.Maintain data needed to support pending applications.Input and issue data via LifePro system.Assist Underwriting Department in gathering necessary documentation.Assemble policy file in preparation for mailing.Answer inquiries via email regarding life or health applications processed from our internal or external clients.Process assigned duties as needed.QualificationsComfortable working within a production environmentSense of urgencyExperience working with confidential informationKnowledge and understanding of HIPAA Laws a plusAccurate and fast-paced data entry skillsAbility to multitaskMust work well within a teamDetail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.
