Our team benefits from a strong backlog of work and opportunities to collaborate with other engineering teams and service groups across the firm.Project Management: Lead multiple site development and civil infrastructure projects from planning through construction; managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations while coordinating with agencies and external/internal teams.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment that supports professional growth.Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to educational and municipal clients, navigating Southern California agency coordination, permitting, and regulatory requirements.Business Development: Lead the development of proposals in response to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs), support Design-Build competitions, and participate in presentations/workshops/interviews.
