In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize algorithms and applications to process complex signal data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, scalable, and reliable systems that address challenging technical requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in signal processing concepts, is proficient in software development, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Alternate Experience General note on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit. Position Responsibilities Design and develop software for signal processing applications Implement and optimize signal processing algorithms Analyze and process complex signal data Collaborate with teams to integrate signal processing solutions into larger systems Troubleshoot and debug signal processing software Create documentation for signal processing software solutions Required Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB Strong understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) concepts Experience with signal analysis tools Ability to optimize code for real-time processing Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Desired Skills Experience with RF signal processing Familiarity with machine learning applications in signal analysis Understanding of hardware integration with signal processing systems Knowledge of communications protocols (e.g., LTE, Wi-Fi) Proficiency in using FPGA or GPU for signal processing Familiarity with advanced simulation tools (e.g., Simulink) Benefits Excellent Salaries Flexible Work Schedule Cafeteria Style Benefits 10% - 401k Matching (Vested Immediately) Additional 401k Profit Sharing 30 days Paid Leave/Holiday (No Use or Lose!)
