LPN Medication and Assistant to DPS (RN)

Hedgewood Assisted Living - Assisted Living Facility is seeking a LPN to join our team!Hedgewood Assisted Living is looking for an LPN to become part of an intricate, interdisciplinary team, to manage the medications and wellbeing of our residents. The ideal candidate, must be detailed oriented and strong at multi-tasking in order to oversee the medication room and assist the RN with our ALP/ LHCSA Department. The LPN would handle residents condition changes, communicate effectively with physician and facility discharge coordinators, assess residents need for referral to a physician or specialist. Assist with all aspects of LHCSA regulatory standards for an ALP.
