Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with engineering and architecture teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. Daily tasks involve creating and executing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and supporting overall project goals to deliver successful outcomes.QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Construction Management and Construction processes.Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Architecture concepts.Strong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide projects to completion.Proven problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.Familiarity with government contract management and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
