This is a hands-on administrative support role focused on project paperwork, coordination, and communication. You?ll be supporting projects behind the scenes ? not managing or designing them. What you?ll do:Process incoming jobs from SalesReview and enter contracts, commission terms, and job detailsCoordinate documentation (COIs, AutoCAD files, project paperwork)Assist with project setup and approvalsOrganize supporting documents (prevailing wage, OCIP, discounts, etc.)Communicate with customers and internal teamsArrange travel and track expensesMaintain reports, lists, and internal procedures What they?re looking for:Recent experience in project support, administrative, or operations supportExperience supporting construction, installation, or technical projectsStrong organization in a fast-paced, multi-project environmentComfortable working with contracts, documentation, and job setupProficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Please note:This is NOT a project management or engineering roleNot a fit for candidates with only retail or call center experience HOUNW35 #ZRInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 137174 when responding to this ad.
