Sales Associate | Park Ridge (Part Time)

We are looking for a part-time sales associate that is able to work nights and weekends for our Park Ridge location. You will serve as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while cultivating long-lasting relationships with our customers.Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights and weekends. This is a part time position.Requirements• Provide a positive representation of Olson's Ace Hardware.• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.• Assist with maintaining back stock levels.• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.• Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.• Assist with merchandise resets through the store.Salary Range:$15 to $17 an hour, based on experienceBenefits:• 401(k)• Up to 40 hours Paid Leave Time yearly• Employee Discount• Perkspot Discount• Company Outings and Team BuildingRequirements:Education/TrainingHigh School or GED equivalent.ExperienceFormal retail experience or trades experience preferred but not mandatory.Physical DemandsStanding, walking and lifting (up to 50lbs).This is not a seasonal job.
