It is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals.Job SummaryThe Maintenance Field Planner role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and production activities. The position is responsible for managing asset data within CMMS systems, assisting in job plan development through field verification, and supporting scheduling functions by tracking progress and system performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring work is properly defined, resourced, and ready for efficient execution.Job DescriptionReview P&ID drawings and asset data from capital projects and enter accurate information into CMMS softwareAssist in developing detailed job plans by performing field walkdowns to identify required labor, equipment, and materialsBreak down scope of work into executable steps and input all job plan details into database systemsSupport procurement of required materials and external servicesNotify EPC planner when job scope is complete and ready for schedulingAssist in monitoring progress of field activities and updating job status as neededDefine, create, and maintain production schedules based on demand planning, capacity constraints, and operational factorsTrack manufacturing progress, monitor inventory levels, and review schedule performanceMaintain planning systems and execute ERP processes, including reporting functionsProvide timely and accurate data to support business and scheduling decisionsSkills Required1-3 years of experience in maintenance and/or operationsStrong computer skills, including experience with CMMS softwareBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to read and interpret P&IDs, blueprints, safety procedures, and technical manualsStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipmentEffective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in potentially stressful or hazardous environmentsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordEducation/Training/CertificationsHigh School Degree or GEDAdditional RequirementsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in industrial environments and varying weather conditionsAbility to climb, work at heights, and perform tasks in various physical positions (standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, etc.)Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., manually transport up to 75 lbs., and apply up to 100 ft-lbs of torqueAbility to respond to visual and auditory signals, including alarms and instructionsRegularly required to enter/exit vehicles and travel over rough terrainMust wear required safety equipment at all timesAbility to work overtime as neededMust live within or relocate to within one hour of the reporting location
