This role is heavily focused on promoting our stone inventory and turning content into sales—developing and executing strategies that increase product visibility, showcase our craftsmanship, and directly support sales growth.The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, content creation, ad development, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goalsCreate high-quality visual and written content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CanvaPlan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Develop and manage paid social media ads/ campaigns (Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads) to reach targeted audiences and drive conversionsMonitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and social media insights; optimize campaigns accordinglyEngage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the sales team to capture and promote projects at every stage, from in-progress design and fabrication to final installations, ensuring no key content opportunities are missedProactively capture and publish content with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring inventory, active projects, and completed work are consistently promoted in real time to engage and attract customersQualificationsProven 3–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or business (required)Must have experience with social media advertising, including campaign / ad development and management (required)Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms and best practicesHighly creative with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytellingProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to take ownership of projects independentlyInterest in architecture, interior design, or natural stone materials is a plusBenefits401(k)Health insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementPay: $55,000 - $68,000 per yearWork Location: In person (Austin, TX)
